Scholarship Fund

Daniel E. Rumph II Foundation will be providing two scholarships to two student who exemplify Danny’s hard work, dedication, and unselfishness to education, basketball, and community.

You will also need to possess strong family values. Applicants must reside in the Tri-State area of Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.

One of the scholarships will be awarded through Western Kentucky University Athletic Foundation.

Please make sure you provide the following information:

  • Current school
  • Grade point avg.
  • SAT scores
  • Your counselor’s name and number
  • One of your coaches names and number (if applicable)
  • Parent information
  • College you will be attending (if applicable)


Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

Due to growing interest in the DERII Foundation Scholarship Fund, DERII is now seeking individual contributions to help grow the Scholarship Fund and dispense a greater number of scholarships in future years.

Contributions to the DERII Foundation Scholarship Fund, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible for computing income and estate taxes. Donations will be acknowledged via e-mail notification. The e-mail will indicate that no goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution.
